Te Pūrongo ā Tau – Annual Report 2025 Now Available
We’re pleased to share Te Pūrongo ā Tau | our Annual Report for 2025, covering the period from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
Each year Te Tumu Paeroa publishes an annual report providing transparency and accountability on our financial performance, as well as reflecting on our progress toward our vision:
Ensuring whenua Māori is protected and enhanced, now and for generations to come.
The Annual Report outlines:
- Our role and impact as an organisation
- How we manage our business and resources
- Key financial statements
- Achievements and strategic initiatives.
Māori Trustee, Dr Charlotte Severne, reflects on a year that was significant for a number of reasons: “It was a big year for te ao Māori and I had the opportunity to connect with people kanohi-ki-te-kanohi at Kīngi Tūheitia’s tangi and Kuini Ngā Wai Hono i te Po’s coronation, at Waitangi commemorations, at our centennial celebrations at Parliament, Matariki hākari, and Ahuwhenua Trophy events, as well as our regular advisory trustee hui.”
“Whether it’s working closely with our whenua Māori administration partners, such as Te Kooti Whenua Māori | Māori Land Court, or with mana whenua, landowners or lessees, we know that nurturing relationships and working together gets us closer to our shared goals.”
