Upcoming changes at Te Tumu Paeroa to better meet land owners' needs

This year Te Tumu Paeroa has been undertaking a review of the services we provide to Māori land trusts, trustees and owners.

Our vision is for Māori Land to be protected and enhanced for generations to come. At the heart of this is how we provide professional trustee services for Māori.

We recognise we need to be better able to respond to our client’s needs. To achieve this we’re structuring the delivery of our services to be much more responsive. What this means is we’re moving to a more regionally-focused structure, and bringing in our Trusts and Properties Specialists under one team.

This will mean we can be more effective and efficient in our administration of the whenua and the trusts, and that you’ll have a single point of contact for all your enquiries.

There’ll be a lot of work happening in the background, but we hope that during this transition you’ll start seeing improvements in the services you receive from us.

We’ll start the move to the new way of working in early 2020. But in the meantime it’s business as usual.
