Omaio 39

Omaio 39 is an 8.63 hectare property situated on off State highway 35, approximately 55km north east from Opotiki. It is a small strip of relatively easy contoured land with a northerly aspect. A stream runs through the western boundary of the property and a small area of flats running down the western side. There is a culvert crossing a stream in the south eastern corner of the property which provides access to a packing shed. The block can be accessed from wharawhara roadway, which is off state highway 35.
The effective area, approximately 4.9000 ha, is currently utilised for Kiwifruit orchard.
There is a sundry orchard building, culvert crossing on the property.
