The block is currently leased together with Himatangi 5A5C1, 5A5C2A, 5A5C2B and 5A5C2C. The properties form a 59.7988 hectare block, of which, 55.60 hectares is utilised for growing asparagus as well as grazing livestock on the areas unsuitable for asparagus production. The balance of the land can be attributed to drains and tracks.
There is a pump shed an old set of yards on the property.
