Reu Reu 2A1 is a 6.32 hectare property situated on Pryces Line, Kakariki, and approximately 9 kilometres north-west of Halcombe. The land is predominantly flat to very easy undulating in contour and is dissected into two sections by a steep bluff. The upper terrace can be accessed via the road. Access to the lower flat is gained via the neighbouring property.
The effective area, approximately 5.38 hectares, is currently utilised for dry-stock grazing. The balance of the land can be attributed to the bluff and accretion land.
