Matakana 9
Matakana No 9 is a 46.18 hectare property situated on Matakana Island near Tauranga.
An "L" shaped block, it is predominantly flat contour with its eastern boundary running parallel to the water. There is a gully crossing the western end of the property. The block can be accessed from sealed road connects up to the junction with Tirohanga Road some 6km north of the landing area/wharf.
The effective area, approximately 27.5 hectares is currently utilised for Lucerne and maize, Cattle are grazed on the less effective hectares and 15.5 hectares is utilised for a kiwifruit orchard.
There is a dwelling and sundry orchard buildings on the property.
