The land is flat to easy rolling through to steep hill in contour and is split by both Tokitokirau Road (eastern portion) and Makakahi Road (western portion). The block can be accessed directly from the road.
The effective area, approximately 228.30 hectares, is currently utilised for sheep and beef grazing. The balance of the land can be attributed to bush, the stream, cliffs down to the river and the river bed.
There is a set of cattle yards and sheep yards on the property. The sheep yards are partially covered.
